Although Clearly Statist at heart, he seems to retain a measure of common sense.

Being a person well versed in body language, I can tell definitively that this man is displaying all the correct indica of truth.
Calm Clear Demeanor, Relaxed body stance/perception, making slow direct unapologetic eye contact, etc.
Get the feeling he really wanted to say more, but likes his job.
Terrible conundrum this thing, a Job.
For it to be so "important" so as to divest a man from speaking the whole truth of a matter for fear of reprisal.
Nonetheless, this video appears to be a good step in the right direction.
There are nuggets of self governing truth, and he even drops a hint @ min 2:05 (which we all knew to be true) as to the true source of police authority (if any there be :P).
