La forma original de hacer los tacos, solo los mexicanos la conocen y solo puedo recordar la primera vez que los consumí que hasta tenían una pasta de granos bien nueva para mi paladar pero ¡Que me encantó! En este sentido, siempre he tenido afinidad por la comida mexicana y cada vez que puedo, hago alguna comida de ellos o intento ir a un restaurant para probarlas. En esta oportunidad, Mi J,J me regaló unas tortillas ¡Como las originales! que ya vienen listas para usar y además traen su propio sazonador y salsa, es decir, viene completa para poder preparar los tacos con verdadero sabor mexicano. Sin embargo, como aquí es muy díficil conseguir el chile que le da su sabor picante o hasta hacer el propio mole, me las tuve que ingeniar para poder darle el sabor que necesitaba para que fuera un verdadero TACO. Digo esto, porque yo lo he probado, pero mi mamá que desconocía de todo esto, no tenía como comparar si sabía igual o no. Aclarado esto, vamos con la preparación.

Para nuestros tacos necesitamos: 👩‍🍳Para la carne: ✔️500 g de carne. ✔️Sal. ✔️Nuestro sobre de sazonador que trae la caja de tacos. En dado caso que no tengamos, adobamos con nuestras especias favoritas: adobo, pimienta, cúrcuma, curry; lo importante es que quede picante. 👩‍🍳Para el pico de gallo (acompañante típico mexicano): ✔️Cebolla, ✔️Tomate, ✔️Perejil, ✔️Limón (el jugo), ✔️Sal, ✔️Una cucharada de aceite. 👩‍🍳Aparte, necesitamos: ✔️Queso Mozarella ✔️Lechuga. Cualquiera que sirva para picar en tiras. No sé ustedes, pero ya yo tengo hecha agua la boca 😋. Ahora sí, iniciamos con nuestra preparación.

I don't know if you know this presentation, but I assume that you can easily find it in bodegones nowadays. It contains: the taco templates (which are 10 in total, too little for me😞), the red sauce to put on the taco (it's similar to tomato sauce) and the seasoning for the meat, which you only need to apply, you don't need any more.

No sé si conocen esta presentación, pero asumo que en los bodegones hoy en día se pueden conseguir fácilmente. Ella contiene: Las plantillas de los tacos (que son 10 en total, muy poquito para mí😞), la salsa roja para colocar en el taco (Es parecida a la salsa de tomate) y el sazonador de la carne, que solo con aplicarlo, no se necesita otro adicional.

Season the meat, if you like it, add some spice. Then, cook it in a little oil or on its own, until it releases its juices.

Primer paso: Sazonamos la carne, si es su gusto colocarle algo de picante. Luego, la colocamos a hacer en un poco de aceite o sola, hasta que suelte su jugo.

Once we have the meat ready (I don't like to do both things at the same time because they can burn), we make the pico de gallo; we chop the tomato and onion into small squares (not so small), the parsley we also chop and put it together. Finally, add a touch of salt, the spoonful of oil and the lemon juice. Mix and it is ready.

Segundo paso Una vez que tengamos la carne lista (No me gusta hacer las dos cosas a la vez porque se pueden quemar), vamos haciendo el pico de gallo; picamos el tomate y la cebolla en cuadritos (no tan pequeños), el perejil también lo picamos y juntamos. Por último, agregamos un toque de sal, la cucharada de aceite y el jugo del limón. Mezclamos y esta listo.

First we heat our tortillas on the griddle, then we put the meat, the sauce that comes in the package, then the pico de gallo, UFF! Explosion of flavour, when we finally add the lettuce and grate the full mozzarella cheese, 20 points!

Tercer paso ¡Comenzamos a armar nuestros Tacos! Primero nuestras tortillas las calentamos en la plancha, después colocamos la carne, la salsa que trae el empaque, seguidamente el pico de gallo ¡UFF! Explosión de sabor, cuando finalmente le colocamos la lechuga y rallamos full queso mozzarella ¡20 puntos!
