Agribusiness is very large and involve the handling of the product through various processes, it include the participation of several million of stakeholder from farmer to labour to input manufacturer sellers traders and so on plus the finance institution and government agencies.

Good management is very important to the success of any agribusiness.
Management is nothing but a decision making process, through which purposes and objectives of business firm are determined
Management on the other hand is the efficient use of men, material and resources towards achieving specific objectives
There are two dimensions to elements of management. These are;
• HUMAN DIMENSION: this includes the skills and ability of people.
• TECHNICAL DIMENSION: this entails the intellectual capacity of people.
