Binance in Trouble while AMC Wants Your BTC


The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission is investigating Binance now for alleged insider trading. This is very significant. It indicates that crypto is not only on the radar of regulators, but it carries with it severe criminal penalties for market players who play loose with existing finance rules. Binance has been in trouble around the world by a variety of financial regulators in different counties. The crypto exchange is answering these concerns by restructuring, a move that will involve centralizing and remaining centralized. That begs the question: Is the future of all crypto exchanges centralized? The company promises to work with regulators that have issues with its way of doing business.

Coinbase has filed an application with the National Futures Association.

Is crypto lending a good thing, or here today and gone tomorrow? The SEC is planning to go after Coinbase over a crypto lending product if the crypto exchange doesn’t repent and promise to be good. Meanwhile, Texas is going after Celsius.
