Not bad reaching my goal on a Tuesday
I'm posting from an airplane for the first time. This turbulence is a bitch and now I remember why I hate flying.
My stepcount was done pretty easy yesterday, it was a lot of walking and a busy day at work.
I have stepped up my weight lifting in the morning, not only adding more weight but doing more sets.
I wont be posting for a few days do to a working trip, so I will see you soon and keep on steeming!
