Tuesday's mean speedwork along with walk and bike time. I took a vacation day and enjoyed walking more miles with my Mom and son.

He grimaces the greeting
He meant to evade;
Cheeriness chafes
Seething
Grudges bitterness laid;
Holes line patience
Stark winds ply;
When she asks for forgiveness
