Mondays are cross training days. I ran 6 miles with a friend. Later my son, Mom and I walked 4 miles. It is predicted to get more snow so looks like running indoors again this week.
I wrote a few lines.
Glades carve bends
Rays nestle through;
Birds cast silence
Deeper spaces soothe;
Fierce grins forget
Empty paths
Loneliness drew
