My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2018

Today I walk more. Almost 20 kilometres I have passed. Daily works & walking two activities held today. Walking is good for health. Daily activities contribute to increase step. Everyday it is held. I have tried to increase step. Now I am feel better. More cholesterol reduce. I have lost my weight gradually. I belive I will be slim by walking.
