Here is my actifit report for Tuesday 7th January, 2020.
It was a day full of activities and my major activity was walking. I spent most part of the day in the hospital for check up. After the check up, I requested for my medical report because I want to change my hospital to the University of Abuja teaching hospital that is better equipped.
I also went to the new hospital to register to I will just go there straight for my next check up
It is my culture to go for check up every 3 month to know the state of my health. I don't joke with my health because health is wealth.
At the end of the day, my activity count was 8,118
