Even though today was a busy day at work I got some time this afternoon on #trailtuesday to run my standard local trail with my trail puppy Spokie aka Ghost.
My Achilles only lasted about 4km and I had to walk the rest of the way. I've booked a physio appointment for Thursday. Let's hope they can sort me out.
