My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2020

Yesterday was also kind of a resting day but not totally as I've managed to get to 5k.

I was able to resume cycling again, which is good. The result is not so much.

I guess this is the slowest session I've ever had and at level 1 which makes it even worse. This is kind of a consolation, let's say it was a warm-up. Better than nothing.

The monthly total is an epic failure but I knew that already and let the whole thing go as there's not much I can do. Health is important, more important than pushing myself so I can log some km. Let's hope March will be better.

The annual total is still looking good. 544km is still something.
