Hello friends, how was your day. Mine was hectic but I survived it, thank God.
For days now, I get too tired in the evening when I get back from work. But today after work I rested. Moments later, I made the meals. Then I decided to take an evening walk.
My walk was interesting. If I could discipline myself to do it daily, I really will be fit more than I am now. I was able to visit an old friend who joined me in the walk. There was much to catch up on and before long, she hurried back to her home while I made a few more steps. I got the activity tracker on this time, although I forgot to on it during other activities for the day
