Hello beautiful people!

Welcome to the Abundance.Tribe Weekly Curation, where I (@trucklife-family) get to showcase some of the great Articles that the tribe members created and that really embody what the Tribe stands for.

image.png

The AbundanceTribe, was created by @kennyskitchen. It is a Community Abundance Generator, which supports authors who write articles that look at ways in which we can become more empowered and create a more peaceful and free world.

The authors who have been chosen to become part of the Abundance.Tribe community are all writing content of high quality, which focus on the following topics:

| Anarchy | Non-Violence | Philosophy | Veganism | Mindfulness |
| Community Empowerment | Love | Original Music | Esotericism |
| Healthy Recipes | Psychedelics | Truth | Permaculture |

image.png

Today I have 16 articles to share, articles that are about creating solutions and providing insight into what we are experiencing around the world right now. This is not going away, so we need to focus on what we need and how we can achieve it. These articles are here to inspire us and motivate us to become more aware in our daily lives. Life is all about learning, evolving and being mindful in all that we do. By coming together and engaging with one another we can all share our wisdom and empower one another. We can create the world in which we all wish to live. Happy reading and remember to show your appreciation by upvoting and commenting. You can go one step further by following the TribeVibes Curation Trail, this way way you are supporting all the great authors who are creating quality content.

And Now the Journey of Yoga Begins

image.png

@riverflows

How did your journey in this path/with this practice began?
Atha Yoganusasanam - And Now the Journey of Yoga Begins (Patanjali's Yoga Sutras)
When I was 14, Mum took my sister and I to a Iyengar yoga class at the health centre in Torquay, which was run by a woman called Ros Buttonshaw. Back then, studio yoga wasn't really a thing outside India, certainly not in a sleepy town of some 3000 people on the coast about an hour and a half outside Melbourne. I think we giggled right through it, with Ros glaring at us. We went for a couple of weeks, and tried to talk Dad into coming. 'Nah,' he said. 'That's just for woman'. I shit you not. Dad, who ended up doing more yoga than any of us for years, thought it was just for girls. But after his first class, he was hooked.

Sovereign Schooling and Claiming Freedom in All Areas of Your Life

image.png

@homestead-guru

udging by the comments and questions that are circling the internet and in my mom groups, there are mixed reviews regarding the homeschooling experience for the new and uninitiated. Those new to the homeschooling community are beginning their journey in the age of COVID. This presents some unique challenges. Here I'll discuss sovereign schooling techniques that will aid you in taking control of your child's education.
I want to preface this article by stating that this "new normal" is ANYTHING BUT NORMAL, even for experienced homeschoolers. We are used to being out in the community, learning with mixed ages, and many of our children take classes or programs outside of our homes.

[ENG|ESP] Primitive style composting bin | Compostera estilo primitivo

image.png

@fenngen

I've been quite active in doing things in many different places. Maybe some of you are curious as to what's been going on with the forest shelter, and I'm sorry to say it's a bit on standby for the moment being since I've been drifting along to the places where Life leads me.
This time I present to you a composting bin done only with branches from the forest and recycled stuff scavenged from illegal dumpsters. The only thing that was paid for was the nails, so it was only roughly 5 USD for a pretty big bin.

Week 1 In the Yurt - Back Off The Grid.. more or less!

image.png

@eco-alex

WOw what a week! I have transitioned from living in an unfurnished apartment in the small town of Penamacor to living in a mostly unfurnished and amenity free Yurt! Luckily i have made a liion battery, and have a small solar panel and inverter so i have enough power for laptop, fan, and have some lights at night. I also have a nice mattress and made a bed frame out of some old pallets.. I prettied it up with some screening. All in all it is very nice in the yurt, even without any furniture.

If you truly wish to grow, acknowledge your dark side

image.png

@nainaztengra

Ahaaa those Be positive, think positive and everything will be positive. All the time we keep hearing this, but no one wants to confront the dark side and why is that.
How does one come out of the rabbit hole if one does not acknowledge the complete whole of themselves. It is good to be positive and that is what is our ultimate aim to be in that frequency where everything is vibrating in the energy of love and compassion, but at the same time we cannot overlook the dark side, the shadow sides of us.

The illusion of appearances

image.png

@vieira

Sometimes I find myself surfing the internet and meeting some people with totally incredible beliefs, and that, at first glance, seem totally absurd to me, which makes me wonder how it is possible that people believe these things? question that quickly evolved into why do people believe false things? which finally made me wonder, why do I believe things that are false? and the answer is that I believe in false things because I think they are true, because from my perspective it seems true and not false, because they appear to be true, and that is, in fact, the definition of false, which is not what it seems, or what only appears to be real, but is not.

Organic DIY Moisturizing & Detangling Hair Mask - Cos Post Pool Party Hair Disasters Happen!

image.png

@artemislives

Hair disasters happen for the strangest of reasons. Mine? We had been to a Business Leadership Pool Party here in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand. Expecting a restrained, polite cultural affair, we ended up (with everyone else!) fully clad in the pool. We had a blast! You can read more about that here.
Got home around midnight from our late afternoon event - wet, bedraggled and a bit hyper. And so I sat quietly, as I like to do, with a single malt whiskey savouring the nice thoughts, the silence and listening to the cicadas on a hot tropical night. And then suddenly the fatigue hit and I fell into bed for 10 amazing hours of sleep. Only to wake to somewhat of a hair disaster.

9/11 in 2020 - It's Been 19 Years Since the Last MASSIVE False Flag - And We're In the Middle of the Next One.

image.png

@kennyskitchen

Just in case there's anyone around who isn't aware of just how similar 9/11 was to the COVID-19 scenario we've seen played out this year... it's probably time to catch up. In both cases, think tanks & foundations had already laid out the plan, high level officials & business-folk made moves beforehand, clearly indicating their knowledge, the use of massive emotional manipulation through the media, there was a whole massive "response" already queued up and ready to go, etc.

Historic Devastation from Oregon Wildfires this Week - How We Can Help

image.png

@elamental

Let's Start from the Beginning
As an outdoor gardener, I keep a close eye on weather reports every day (usually the first thing I do when waking up and the last thing before going to bed), especially in early autumn when mother nature likes to throw curve balls approaching time of full term harvest here in the Pacific northwest.
Last year it was early rains, rare lightning storms, and many windy conditions, but nothing like the wind I experienced earlier this week. On Sunday evening (9/6/2020) I noticed the weather report had added a red-highlighted wind advisory from 5PM Monday 9/7, through 1PM Tuesday 9/8 (that report later extended through Wednesday 9/9).

What Do I Know?????

image.png

@trucklife-family

I see this divide getting greater. I am witnessing some of my closest friends turn against one another, because of their beliefs. Because they are sharing what they believe to be true. There is so much information being spread right now, that it is hard to know what to believe or indeed who to follow.
Today my mother send me a message, about how so many Irish musicians and writers are making a stand against the anti mask movement, as they believe that those involved are fascists and dangerous.

Getting To Know One Another

image.png

@alchemage

Allow me to first clarify a little about my practice. I am currently studying to receive my doctorates degree in medicine to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor, and I am a novice in the arts of Alchemy.
I grew up living most of my younger years just outside of Washington, D.C. on the East coast. The culture in this social pocket is very money and power oriented where Nature is a well from which one could pull all they need, and then some, without worry of a drought, where Nature is a beast to be tamed and controlled by the will of our own hands to ensure our needs are properly met before any other, where Nature is an enemy village to be pillaged of all it can give. A place where emotions are seen as a weakness and preying on those more vulnerable than you is the norm.

WHO says until there is control of COVID transmission (a.k.a. population control), pandemic won't be over

image.png

@perceive

Remember when the government and health experts convinced us we needed to do things for a few weeks, just to make sure the hospitals weren't overloaded? Remember that it was supposed to be temporary? But then Bill Gates was telling us that the severe measures wouldn't be lifted until we had his miracle vaccine to save us from the super-deadly virus.
Well after months of data, the reality is that it's not a super deadly virus. If you don't know, that's because you only listen to the mainstream media and their support for the official narrative.

Getting Brainy

image.png

@krnel

Letโ€™s look closer at the three-part model for the brain that is useful for understanding some core aspects of what humans are.
The Brainstem โ€œReptileโ€ (R-Complex) Hindbrain
The brainstem can be considered the foundation and hence the oldest and lowest part of the brain. The brainstem and cerebellum are responsible for physical activity, motor skills, instinct, and the fight or flight survival mechanism.
In a dangerous situation a decision needs to be made between staying and fighting or fleeing to survive. The heart will pump blood towards the areas of the body that require it.

The @Abundance.Tribe Bi-Weekly Question

Focalized by @Trucklife-Family

The aim of the biweekly question is to help promote self awareness, so that we can begin to go back to a point in our lives, where we are connecting more with our intuitive self. By asking these questions, we are getting one another to dig deep and to reflect on our lives. To focus on what we really want in life and on how we are going to achieve it.

What has been the biggest lesson you have learnt so far this year about humanity and how is it affecting your life?
