My proposal is to give 0.10 (or any amount, fixed or that can be calculated by an algorithm) to every post that has more than 10 upvote, as a bonus, regardless if it has been voted by big stake-holders or not.
This will encourage posters that didn't get the attention of the 'bigs' to go on posting and create content for the platform.
