I would love to see more interesting mechanics, Enchantments could possibly work but I think that they would be too much work to keep in check so that the balance of the game doesn't shift too much. Maybe

5 year olds can learn this game easy, I don't see how new rulesets are complicating the game, it just makes it more dynamic. If you want something static, play chess I guess... Oh wait thats a complicated
