Hoy decidí salir temprano con los niños para darles una gran sorpresa, visitar al equipo de beisbol profesional de la ciudad quien en días recientes reanudaron sus entrenamientos por la víspera del comienzo de la liga venezolana de beisbol profesional, LVBP por sus siglas.

Today I decided to leave early with the children to give them a big surprise, to visit the professional baseball team of the city who recently resumed their training for the eve of the start of the Venezuelan professional baseball league, LVBP for its acronym.

Se nos hizo un poco tarde esperando el desayuno, así que hicimos el recorrido en ruta para llegar a tiempo. Lo hicimos y fue un disfrute total. Sobre ese tema hablaremos luego, puesto que hicimos muchas fotografías al campo y muchas de estas quedaron bastante buenas en mi opinión. Luego les muestro.

We were a little late waiting for breakfast, so we made the journey en route to get there on time. We did it and it was a total enjoyment. We will talk about that later, since we took a lot of pictures of the countryside and many of them were quite good in my opinion. I will show you later.

Lo cierto es que el regreso lo hicimos caminando, son unos 3 kilómetros y medio aproximadamente hasta la casa, el recorrido es bastante rápido. Para los niños es un poco mas complicado, nada que ver con la energía porque cada vez que pasábamos por un parque querían quedarse jugando. El detalle es que por ser niños no comprenden porque el recorrido debe ser tan largo, ellos quieren llegar rápido a donde sea, no quieren perder tiempo para sus aventuras.

The truth is that we walked back, it is about 3 and a half kilometers approximately to the house, the route is quite fast. For the children it is a little more complicated, nothing to do with the energy because every time we passed by a park they wanted to stay playing. The detail is that because they are children they do not understand why the route should be so long, they want to get wherever they want to go quickly, they do not want to waste time for their adventures.

Hicimos una caminata suave, buscando apreciar todas las cosas que veíamos alrededor, lo que mas se nos atravesó en el camino fueron locales promocionando helados, creo que es una moda de la cual no me había percatado, pero en cada esquina encontrábamos un local de expendio de helados. Fue tremendo pero lo mas increíble fue la insistencia de los niños a que entráramos y comiéramos uno jaja.

We did a soft walk, looking to appreciate all the things we saw around us, what we saw most on the way were locals promoting ice cream, I think it is a trend that I had not noticed, but on every corner we found an ice cream shop. It was tremendous but the most incredible thing was the insistence of the children to go in and eat one haha.

Al fin sucedió lo inesperado, un buen cartel que me llamo la atención, dos barquillas por un solo dolar. Así que caí en las redes de esta estrategia de mercadeo.

Finally the unexpected happened, a good sign that caught my attention, two nacelles for one dollar. So I fell into the nets of this marketing strategy.

El local estaba genial, así que me dispuse a documentar la visita, siento que merecía la pena, busque hacer buenas tomas y quede satisfecho con lo que logre. Los niños mientras disfrutaban de sus inmensas barquillas, en verdad pensé que iban a ser mas pequeñas. Aproveché para ayudar un poco a Jeremías, sin embargo al final estaba mas que listo para comérsela toda, esto gracias al calor que esta haciendo estos días, sumando la buena caminata que veníamos desarrollando.

The place was great, so I set out to document the visit, I felt it was worth it, I tried to take good shots and I was satisfied with what I got. The kids were enjoying their huge nacelles, I really thought they were going to be smaller. I took the opportunity to help Jeremías a little, but in the end he was more than ready to eat it all, thanks to the heat that is making these days, adding the good walk that we had been developing.

La pasamos bien. Siempre es bueno sacar tiempo para estar con ellos. aunque ahora mismo el trabajo esta cada vez mas exigente. Es una muy buena válvula de escape y de recarga de energía.

We have a good time. It's always good to make time to be with them, even though work is getting more and more demanding right now. It's a great outlet and energy recharge.
