Saludos cordiales a todos de la comunidad de #Fulldeportes, estuve realizando varios ejercicios en casa durante la semana antes de ir a entrenar para calentar y enfocar un poco más el trabajo al quemar calorías en el abdomen. Por ende me gustaría traerles una rutina realizada en casa, sin materiales, dónde les estaré explicando para qué funciona cada ejercicio y la ventaja que conseguimos con ello... Espero les guste.

Realizaremos unas 9 variaciones dónde estaremos combinando los básicos con estáticos, también haremos todo esto junto sin parar, será algo complicado, pero valdrá la pena luego de culminar las 3 series por completo. Recomiendo descansar unos 3-5 min para repetir todo el ejercicio, así podrán quemar mucho y conseguir la fuerza y resistencia en el abdomen...
