In honor of the burning weather, a few important words about water 💦💦💦
At all times during pregnancy, and in summer and especially hot days, it is very important to drink water. Dehydration during pregnancy can cause contractions. Be sure to drink at least a pint and a half of water a day - even if you spend most of the day in an air-conditioned place. Are you not used to drinking during the day? Here are some suggestions that may help:

🍶 Treat yourself to a worthwhile and pampering bottle - preferably one that really keeps you cool - because it's a lot more fun :) 🍶 Add cucumber / lemon / a little mint / any other fruit you like to the water to give the water a delicate flavor and added freshness. 🍶 Every time you leave the house, take a bottle of water with you. The drinking habit is important during pregnancy, and also after childbirth and especially during breastfeeding.

Have a pleasant and air-conditioned hamsin (heat wave)
