Your LCS mihht have shut dowwn 10yrs ago, but ive never had one. Silver in the UK never really took off enough to warrent anyone setting up a shop. I suppose thats a job well done by the UK government

Gold is always expensive. I have a dew sovereigns myself, and to be honest most are proced to sell at just over spot. Unless thisnis a very rare, low minted year, it shouldnt cost the earth
