Wow, this is interesting. Are there serious charges against him or they detained him on the Ground of his links with Muslim Brotherhood?
If this was UK, link to Muslim brotherhood would be no problem, because everyone (almost all) is Muslim in UK, aren't they ????. USA has zero tolerance policy for any activities related (directly or indirectly) to the Terrorism and that's how it should be. Meanwhile in UK, the lack of action against such terrorist groups has ruined UK. From the video, we can say, USA will need to develop some series of strong evidences against him to keep him detained. His involvement with Muslim brotherhood does not fit the equation of keeping him at JFK.
