Too generic question to ask, unofficially all around the the world it has already been proved that UFO and alien exist. Our ignorance is not ready to accept it as of now. Every space agency and government around world knows about it, it only the people (tax paying citizens) are kept hidden from it. It would be to selfish to say that "We are alone in this entire universe".
