Proposals need 66.7% to Pass. Click the "i" next to "Votes to Pass". That's the number of SPS needed to vote on the Prop for it to qualify as a passable Prop. It looks like the Prop

For #2 - I don't think Starter Packs should be transferrable, they are Starter Packs and should not be sellable. Your initial concerns are valid. For #5 - What about a 3-card pack for 2k DEC but an altered

You can trade them for DEC in the Voucher Hub: or use them to purchase Voucher only items in the Voucher shop. So far it only has the first Voucher only promo card, which you should own at least 1 BCX

Before this proposal, they used their own cards which will run out eventually. This takes care of that problem. This would make the only cost the setup and maintenance time.

They would put x amount of Ghost Cards on an account and then let the different services run the accounts. They can add more or remove cards as needed so they will stay in the desired rating range.
