I find that carrying around with me a notebook to write my thoughts down helps, so long as I don't lose it...

I find going to bed at the same time every night really helps..

I think I should go to the doctor as I've been feeling lately as if my blood sugar is very low, sometimes out on a walk I suddenly feel as if I can't walk another step, it's as if all my energy has gone.

I wrote my first story while not being able to sleep, it just kept going around in my head until I had to get up and write it down, down thousands since then...
