Here it's not much fifferent they lure you in and next you can drop dead.
I hope Wise, Revolut or any of these online bank can help you out. The online card can be used for paypal as far as I know and google and so on.

P.s. For online 'banks' like Wise and Revolut you could use someone else's address too it's just for sending the debet card which you vould not ask for first. Later you could if needed and ask to send it to your 'holiday' address. I read people did it with Wise.
