Zahlt nicht der Konsument immer die Steuer? Man sollte das auf Kraftwerkebene einheben, sonnst wird es schnell willkürlich. Branche X zahlt CO2-Steuern, Branche Y nicht etc. Das wäre doch komplett unfair.

Wundert mich, dass gerade die CDU mit so einem illiberalen Vorstoß daherkommt. Ich denke man sollte nicht das Mining zusätzlich besteuern, sondern wenn dann bei den Kraftwerken die CO2-Steuer einheben.
