Hatte auch eine spannende Diskussion über das Schulsystem mit Corinna, die neben Deutsch und Geschichte auch digitale Grundbildung macht. Wie kann man das Schulsystem verbessern, soziale Kompetenzen lernen und Dinge, die man im Leben wirklich braucht, neben all dem Fachwissen, das ebenfalls wichtig und notwendig ist?

Ideen sind, Team-Working zu fördern, vielleicht eine Zusammenlegung der Schultypen (Gym, HTL/HAK, Mittelschule?), Trennung eher nach Leistung als nach Schultyp, eine Art Uni-Light-System in der Oberstufe, die letzen beiden Schuljahre, Schüler sollen sich vermehrt selber die Fächer und sogar die Lehrer aussuchen können etc. Feedback-System und Qualitätssicherung für Schüler und Lehrer. Nicht geeignete Lehrer schon frühzeitig herausfiltern. Mega Herausforderung.

Also had an exciting discussion about the school system with Corinna, who does digital literacy in addition to German and History classes. How to improve the school system, learn social skills and things you really need in life, besides all the technical knowledge, which is also important and necessary?

Ideas are to promote team working, maybe a consolidation of school types (Grammar School, Technical School HTL/HAK, Middle School in Austria?), separation rather by performance than by school type, a kind of University Light system in the upper school, the last two years of school, students should be able to choose the subjects and even the teachers themselves, for example. Feedback system and quality control system for students and teachers. Filtering out unsuitable teachers at an early stage. Mega challenge.
