Ingredients

🧄 1 head garlic, minced
🍅 1 kg fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
🌶️ 3 green chili peppers, roasted and chopped
🌶️ 2 red peppers, roasted and chopped
🫒 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🧂 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

1- Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Mince one head of garlic using a metallic manual garlic press.
  • Roast the green chili and red peppers until their skins are charred. Peel and chop once cooled.
  • Peel and chop 1 kg of fresh tomatoes.

2- Cook the Garlic:

  • Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a KRONSTELL non-stick sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.

3- Incorporate Spices:

  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of paprika along with salt and pepper. Mix well with the garlic and oil.

4- Add Roasted Peppers:

  • Add the chopped roasted green and red peppers to the pan. Stir to combine thoroughly.

5- Integrate Tomatoes:

  • Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Stir all ingredients thoroughly to ensure they are well mixed.

6- Simmer:

  • Cover the pan with its glass lid and reduce the heat to low.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have broken down and the sauce has thickened.
