Isn鈥檛 it astonishing how diverse the sky can be? From the ever-changing cloud patterns to the subtle shifts in colour and shade, the sky's daily display of beauty is truly captivating. Often, we get so caught up in our daily routines that we forget to pause and appreciate the mesmerizing nature above us. While we chase after various aspects of life, the sky remain above us and continues to grace us with its splendor, and just if we get to see its offering of a new spectacle each day how great would that be.
Currently, over here it鈥檚 summer and somehow during the summer season theres is a lot of errands to be ran at least for me, the day is bright with the sky at its most animated. I really cannot be happier to find immense joy in roaming the streets of Lagos beneath this vibrant beauty. Despite the many errands that come with summer, I鈥檓 taking the time to romanticise the beauty of the season, knowing that there would never be a summer of 2024 again.
In my shots,and the angles they were captured, I鈥檝e tried to capture the contrast between the sky and the rugged earth surroundings, somehow the animated sky adds a striking abstract quality to the scene complimenting it perfectly. As I strolled up the hill, the sky seemed to draw closer, giving me a unique sense of satisfaction with each stride.
