I agree with you entirely. Although, there were still lots of customer service people in there to help customers understand what to do and I ended up chatting to them for far longer than I would have done

Now that the Harry Potter movies have finished the train is no longer used. It now resides within the (fake) station pictured which is a movie set inside the studio where it was filmed.

It was super impressive.. Even more so considering the whole station that it is in, is just a movie set.
