The debate problem you treat is clearly deliberately inculcated by the funders of the competition, as competent judges would have DQ'd both teams for their abysmal performance vis a vis the actual topic.

People often underestimate the utility of violence, usually because they are unfamiliar with it due to their cowardice. That only makes it more effective. I am confident that if violence isn't deliberately applied to the identity politics, that failure is deliberate, and designed to enable nature to resolve such political problems.

Black markets exist because criminals are able to commit crimes without being charged and prosecuted. Therefore it is highly desirable for such criminals to be the enforcers of laws, and the utter failure of DHS to have any competence regarding the human trafficking industry is strong evidence that bureaucracy is the primary vector of that black market. In this circumstance, the more money thrown at such agency increases the ability of the criminals to commit crimes. Watching the watchers is the inevitable existential need of any society that creates bureaucracies to solve it's problems. IMHO DHS is the greatest threat to children and American security because it is certainly captured by the criminal organizations creating black markets for children and slaves, as well as infiltrating terrorists into America.

Regulatory capture is well understood, and blatantly obvious in virtually every federal agency extant today. All these agencies today are the problems they are instituted to prevent, and the best solution to those problems is to utterly eliminate those agencies with all dispatch.

Regarding the Palestinian refugees, it was just a day ago that the offer to pay Egypt's ~$20B debt to the IMF was reportedly made by Israel in exchange for Egypt receiving the Palestinian population before they are dispersed across the West. Clearly this plan cannot work absent the cooperation of the EU and USA, but it is just as obvious both institutions are fully on board with that plan, because they are already importing as many refugees as possible, and their supply of refugees seems to be the bottleneck reducing the numbers of refugees they can get.

The WEF are the criminal institutions profiting from the black markets that deprecate society, and have clearly captured all agencies instituted to regulate those markets. The NWO has planned the need of society to eliminate captive regulatory agencies (essentially complete capture of all national governments on Earth), to coincide with it's replacement of extant degraded institutions with a global totalitarian technocratic tyranny.

It is obvious that collectivization is the opposite of freedom. Institutions are the elimination of freedom to deliver power to hierarchy, and evil is the problem. Necessary evil is obviously a logical fallacy. If it's evil it isn't necessary, and if it's necessary it isn't evil. Government, and in fact institutions are inherently destructive of freedom, and therefore evil, and as we see the actual problem society suffers.

The solution isn't to try to 'fix' the extant broken institutions, but to acknowledge that institutions are inherently prone to capture, and the institutional model that has been serially shown to progressively fail through this exact mechanism throughout history isn't potential of succeeding.

The natural mechanisms that are competent to resolve the problems society has are endemic to society, and are simply awaiting our adoption. Seizing the means of production wasn't potential to society except via collectives and institutionalization, which are the exact vector of failure historically. Today decentralization of the means of production avails society of independence from collectives and institutions, which obviates them as vectors of black markets and criminal profiteering. It is plainly obvious that people won't douse their consumables in toxic chemicals that institutions will, because people are harmed by those chemicals and institutions are immune to them.

Regardless of promotion of these solutions, they are the solutions that will succeed to eliminate the problem of regulatory capture, and those that solve that problem will be the members of surviving societies, because totalitarian tyrannies are self-regulating and the very strengths that enable them to seize power are the very flaws that destroy them inevitably. What will be left? No form of institution is competent to resolve black markets and criminal profiteering. Therefore no institutions will survive a globalization of institutionalization.

Since the laws of physics and the structure of the universe enable productivity to increase, technology will advance to increase productivity, and since collectives are inherently self-destructive through the mechanism of corruption and regulatory capture, all institutions that attempt to regulate or collectivize decentralization - completely self-contradictory - will fail and be eliminated, leaving only such independents that have succeeded to seize the decentralized means of production at the cutting edge of technological advance. The solution to tyranny is freedom.
