Pfizer's contractual immunity is void because the claims Pfizer made to secure that immunity and licensing are fraudulent. Fraud is not enforceable in a just courts. Courts cannot enforce contracts to commit crimes, whether fraud, murder, or arson. Because Pfizer submitted fraudulent application to gain EUA from the FDA, every contract based on that false information, doctored images, cherry picked and falsified data, and etc., are invalid, and all receipts of Pfizer and it's associates (Moderna, J&J, etc.) are theft.

Theft by fraud is a crime, and the agents that committed these crimes aren't shielded from justice by the claim they were acting on behalf of a corporation, whether a stock corporation, an NGO, or a government.

The US compensatory mechanism has paid out less than $10k to ALL those that claimed injuries from the jabs to date. The most recent estimates suggest that ~20M have died and ~2B are seriously injured from the jabs, and because Pfizer lied and falsified it's application for EUA, the stock corporations and their investors are wholly liable for all claims seeking compensation for injuries, because those injuries are the result of criminal fraud, and no contractual indemnification is potential to shield criminals from the proceeds of criminal acts.

The FDA and subsidiary agencies, and the executive branch of US government, as well as all the governments of the West, and particularly the Anglosphere, have criminally attacked their populations and had we just courts relief from these crimes would be forthcoming. State, regional, and local police agencies should be investigating, arresting, and prosecuting the murderous agents of corrupt governments for their genocidal crimes against humanity. People seem demoralized presently, and few think such prosecutions will be forthcoming.

I, however, am confident that if our extant police agencies and courts don't undertaken such prosecutions, vigilantes will, in due time. Too many people have died already, and there is an outrage building that continues to be incentivized as people continue to die from the jabs. I predict the day will come that psychopaths will beg to be arrested by police, charged and prosecuted in courts of law. People being tarred and lynched will not prefer it to courts of law, IMHO.

Folks that have been deeply deranged by the massive propaganda assault in these last few years are those most likely to be killed or grievously injured, and will be the most vehement about demanding justice of survivors as a result, while folks least susceptible to derangement will become more and more prevalent in society because the most deranged will be killed off, and with ~2B seriously injured there will be none that haven't suffered loss of loved ones by murderous profiteers. People aren't different somehow from our forebears, and we see in history many examples of uprisings and vicious pogroms. Now we are seeing the kinds of oppressions that spawn such pogroms.

$44k tents aren't comedy. It's horrific predatory corruption. People need to be charged with these crimes, or the arrogance and conceit of these corrupt psychopaths will eventually cause their lynching, and I will be happy to see it. The very same principle you espouse for Chicago schools also applies to the FDA, and all the criminal governments wasting money on corruption.
