Wall Street Silver suggests the central issue: collusion between the media, government, and pharmaceutical corporations. The most cursory consideration of that collusion reveals an obvious vector for that collusion, which is the financial industry that all too obviously has corrupted government, and the megacorporation controlling the financial industry also owns and controls media, pharmaceutical, and all other corporations of consequence in every industry.
The complexity, discretion, and horrific blackmail that the megacorporation effects it's control with is dauntingly difficult to surmount, and this has historically demoralized the myriads of good people that have contemplated it. However, decentralized means of production inherently eliminate parasitic losses, and the collusion and psychological manipulation of humanity are inherent and utterly necessary to the megacorporation to enable it to parasitize human productivity. Since decentralization of the means of production is the cutting edge of technological advance in every industry, it is certain that massively more productive decentralized manufacturing will outcompete centralization, and this will solve the problem.
All we have to do is adopt the more profitable decentralized means of production suitable to our personal circumstances and retain more of the benefits of our work to defeat the forces of evil. Certainly the obsolete overlords will do everything they can to prevent being reduced to the means they themselves produce, but nature has demonstrated the inherent limitations on parasitism for ~4B years. Even the most clever psychopaths are but specks of insignificant muck, and it is impossible to imagine even the cruelest and most powerful cabal surmounting the physical laws that limit the potential of parasitization to dominate ecologically.
Only crude reason is necessary to parse these particulars, and despite the generations of ruthless indoctrination and psychological corraling the overlords have undertaken, even the least intelligent people will eventually grasp these facts, as the actual consequences of decentralization inevitably materialize in time.
While I am confident we live in interesting times, and very interesting times, which translate into horrific deprivation and hardship, our posterity are certain sure to enjoy paradise that so advances human felicity whatever hardship prefaces it is of no consequence.
Thanks!
