You have done a yoeman's job putting this information together that well illustrates your thesis. Is Kill Gates a superior genetic example of humanity? He certainly would assert he is, because he has proved his ability to steal money. In fact, that's the common trait shared by eugenicists: larceny.

Personally, I would rank larceny very low on beneficial human traits. Given any agreement with their eugenicist philosophy, a facility at stealing by using deception, fraud, should be a disqualifying trait. It is the very proponents of eugenics that should be sterilized first.

But we can be sure none of them will support that. Another feature of their shared philosophy is the willingness to either force or deceive their victims into sterilization. I humbly submit that they should be judged by the judgements they have committed, and prevented from polluting the genepool with their defective, deceptive, offspring. Since they are Machiavellian manipulators masterfully deceiving, they are unlikely to be easily deceived. That leaves force. Fortunately Kill Gates and his ilk have demonstrated serially they are criminals - fraud is a crime, after all - and many of them have committed mass murders, for example by deceptively and coercively pushing the jabs into arms and causing people to suffer the many adverse effects such as death and infertility.

A just application of law against such capital crimes avails eugenicists intent on reducing larceny as a trait of humanity can then avail their goal of capital punishment, since mass murder and genocidal crimes against humanity are punishable by death in all jurisdictions known to me, primarily by hanging by the neck until dead.

I strongly advocate for this course of action.

However, should Gates and his ilk disagree, let us allow them another opportunity to prove their superiority to untermensch through another form of trial that has long been resorted to by societies: trial by combat. Men have proved our worth in the wild forever, faced with innumerable predators fearsome, and have today proven to the be the alpha predators on Earth, despite our lack of fangs and claws. Let Gates and Soros prove their mettle as the picture shows men can.
