Much to lament is being realized by them capable of it now, casual dismissal of demonstrations by Trump and his masters that tyranny is their purpose. The mutual verbal jousting on social media that inflamed echo chambers for nothing more than likes, we have been weaponized against each other for this purpose: war.

I will not be the last to bitterly regret my failure to rapproche with my political opponents, and I hope many more quickly come to realize that what we must do now with all due haste is exactly that we have failed to heretofore, which is to delineate and emphasize our commonalities, the very basis for our survival, and our mutual love and devotion to our sovereignty and respect for human rights - and most importantly each other.

I hope we can pray for peace together and comfort each other when we are suffering, because I believe soon there will be much need of it, and too little to suffice.
