A barbed wire represents so much that is negative. It represents division, discrimination, danger, violence. A sparrow is an absolute opposite representing fragility, freedom, innocence.
I saw this sparrow sitting on a barbed wire just outside my house and the contrast just struck me. Yet when I look at my own life, I can totally relate to it. Looking for comfort zones but never far off from danger. I am sure you can relate to it to, right?
