I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Today I jumped the gun a little bit and delegated a chunk of HP to @helios.voter, a community-curation account that was next on my delegation list. While I should have waited until had about 100 HP more, to be able to keep my HP-delegation percentage at 50%, before delegating to this new account, I really wanted to bring online and explore a new potential income source via the new automated bot-trading platform, Hive.Trading, since HELIOS tokens are needed to activate various bot-trading profiles there.
I could have simply bought some on Hive Engine, but I'd rather use my SWAP.HIVE for income tokens instead, plus the HELIOS token has a few different uses. Just by holding it I'd earn a 15% APR in more HELIOS tokens. I could also burn them for a 30% ROI on post upvotes (posts must be of good quality, and follow certain rules). Since I don't agree with all of the rules for post curation, I probably won't be burning my HELIOS for that purpose. Another good option is to sell batches of them when needed, as the highest buy orders at the moment are around 0.232 SWAP.HIVE, so they have a fairly good value.
The bot-activation fee is quite low right now (1 Month: 1 HELIOS, 3 Months: 2 HELIOS, 6 Months: 3 HELIOS) so I won't need many tokens for that purpose just yet. There are plans to increase the bot-activation fee at some point, so any extra HELIOS will come in handy.
Having a constantly renewing supply of tokens, of a reasonable value, to be able to sell when I need, would also be very helpful for me. Since there is a 20% APR return for HP delegated, I should receive somewhere around 0.684 HELIOS each week. Since it's going to take me a bit of time to grow a good holding of HELIOS from my delegation, I'm glad that I started now, and didn't wait longer. Since I'm on my irrevocable Whaleward-Ho quest, I am constantly exploring every possible way that I can to generate and leverage assets, both on and off the Blockchain, and I gotta say, I'm not doing too badly!
Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive tasks, a little before 1:30PM. I strained out kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) first, as I usually do, then I walked around the property for a while, and a good way down our jungle road, taking photos for these posts, in the lovely afternoon sun. It was actually much hotter than usual yesterday, and quite dry as well, so I had zero motivation to work outside until it cooled off a little first. We really do need rain, as we haven't had any appreciable amount in many days, and for an area that overlies porous lava, that is not good thing, as the soil dries out very quickly without consistent rainfall. Since it was so hot, I rested in the shade up at the Flow House for a while, then when it was more comfortable to work, I chopped used coconuts at the coco bar, emptied the coco-bar wheelbarrow, and then helped Zai do some clearing work in an orchard near the Landing. When I was done with that, I took a shower, collected my quart jar of kefir blend from the Landing fridge, and made my way back to the Flow House, to get into my evening round of Hive tasks, and catching up on my notifications. I had a lot of notifications, and actually a chunk that spontaneously appeared from the day before, which was a little annoying and confusing. I got everything done just a little after 12:30AM (at the top of the Ecency Leaderboard again 😁), and after a tiny bit of token management (mostly buying just a little more DRIP with my last SWAP.HIVE of the day), I went to bed around 1AM, way later than I had intended. I slept fairly well, thankfully, waking up around 8:30AM, doing a round of token managent, starting on this post, then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee.
Before I got to Hive, I worked on Ano's shoulder again for a short while, at his request. After working on Ano, I returned to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:45PM, so a marvelous time to end this Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry, so that I can get to a few important Hive tasks, before leaving the Flow House later in the afternoon, to first strain out and blend kefir, hopefully take more photos for these posts, with possibly another walk down our jungle road, and then land work. 2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
