Some will know that they can use emoji at postings of Steemlt while others won’t know about it.
Enter the site below and if you simply copy and paste emoji you want, it becomes much easier to use it in Steemlt.

Things above appear more like icons, indeed, are letters into which, based on the principle, internet browsers change pictures. This method is good enough but there’s an easier way without visiting the site.

Emoji keyboard.

Except for Window 7, Windows ranging from 8 to 10 provide you with Touch Keyboard.

The touch keyboard as indicated above provides you with preview of emoji letters and an easier copy & paste function. If you want this touch keyboard to pop up on the screen, click ‘Mouse Right Click’ on taskbar at Window 10, and then, you will see the same picture as shown below.

Now, check ‘Show touch keyboard button’

As you see the same icon as above on Window taskbar,
click on the icon to see one touch keyboard.
Click the button looking like this 🙂 on the touch keyboard to enter into** emoji mode.**

Using a ShortCutKey to use TouchKeyboard

However, it is burdensome to click every one of these while posting.
Thus, let’s make the shortcutkey to use.

open contextmenu in desktop: Mouse right Click>New>Shortcut.

Copy and paste the filepath shown above on the item and click ‘Next’ to complete.

Double click the ‘shortcut’ to be executed. Working, fine it is,
however, if it doesn’t, you need to adjust ‘Registry’

Press the button ‘Win+R’ and then, put ‘regedit’ to be executed.
Next, navigate to the following key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\TabletTip\1.7

Unlike above, ‘default’ pops alone.

Right-click on the “1.7” key, and then New>DWORD(32-bit)
choose from the menu. this will make another ‘Value’.

After naming the Key EnableDesktopModeAutoInvoke,
double click it so that the value 0 changes into value 1.
And then, reboot and double-click ‘ShortCut’. the on-screen keyboard will pop up.

Now, it’s the end. Click shortcut with Mouse Right Click to make ShoutCutKey
on your disposal in Properties.
From now on, you can use Emoji just by clicking ‘ShortCutKey’ during editing.

Caution

While you post in Steemlt, Emoji works right for posting. However, once you complete the posting, it is impossible to add more emojis while correcting it. 🤦
