What would you do if you got 1000 steem power?

what would you do if you got 1000 steem power ?
would you cashout ?
would you upvote yourself ?
would you upvote others ?
what would your plans be ?

I would start upvoting people in the New section to give people payouts that usually get barely 0.01 upvotes
