Some people will only downvote you for mentioning them, if you stop mentioning them they will go away. Others will continue to downvote because they like to cause drama. I'm not saying all of it will stop.

I think as long as you sell PoB through the hive-engine market you are ok, but if you were dong a crowdsale fundraiser and selling directly to people it turns it into a security. Here's a good link
