If my memory serves me right, I delegated to both people at different times when they started their SgS journey, because imo they seemed they wanted to put in more than what they would extract. Then when they had enough HP I simply left my delegations to the community as a donation as I sure have made them back handsomely so it only makes sense imo :)

These days to be honest I prefer to help people on an individual base but if we come up with something smart I would love to chip in.

Powering up should be a must for whatever scheme we come up otherwise what's the point if they in turn can't help others in the future?!
