I don't know what the rules are for the Philippines but we bought a lot of stuff in Dubai (we had a 23kg hold bag full of shopping) and all of that was included in the airfare. And for me it is very expensive

Don't worry, oh yes, I've been to Bucharest many times but honestly it's not to my taste, but instead I wish I could go to Iasi, I haven't been here yet.

From my own experience I can tell you that you don't have to be a millionaire to visit Dubai, there are much cheaper options.

I wish you good luck in being able to visit Dubai, you know what, you just have to believe in your dream and it will surely come true😉
