Dr. Eric Berne is a psychiatrist who authored the very known book entitled "Games People Play". This is a best selling book that discussed about Human Relationships. The book talks about how human beings come up with patterned interactions-simply mind games. Why you say "yes" while others say "no". How will one let others agree to his or her point? How will you intimidate someone. Dr. Berne successfully relayed through his book the tenets of social interactions through transactional analysis.
Yet, as Dr. Berne discusses everything in his book I want to put things in a very simple way base from observations. I am inspired by this book but I created my own rendition of it. I have my special views on the games that people play. I viewed it in a very literal and most practical manner. I am aware that with my views, people can relate because it happens in a real life situation and we can apply it each day in our lives as long as we are breathing and still anticipating on what will happen next second, minute, hour, day or even in a lifetime.
As reflected on my first post (https://steemit.com/nature/@torania/the-games-people-play-happiness-on-growing-crops) I mentioned HAPPINESS as my first game. And as I figured it out, it is also one of the topnotch priorities of all the people in all walks of life even how diverse we are. It is the basic goal among all human beings no matter what our race, color and religion is. We just simply want to become happy.
The second game that people play is to be GRATEFUL.
It is a common knowledge to all that as we aim for happiness, there are people whom we interact who are of great help to us as we journey along . As we achieve satisfaction, there are others who are selfless enough and willing to share what they have . This selfless sharing for the benefit of others is known as altruism. Practically, in great emphasis to be thankful or grateful might not be necessary but as a responsible human being this is the best game that we usually play. When others never expect something in return but becoming grateful is all enough.

This post is the first post that captures my attention here in @steemit as I know deep in my heart that the feeling of gratitude to other people and to the Almighty one is necessary as we journey life.
Thanks to @libertarianru for appreciating on my first article as well.
