Hats off to you my friend, I have a 1 yo and an 8yo and whenever I have them by myself just for one day it makes me appreciate how hard single parenting must be.

I think it is ok to be content if your goal is/was to reach a point of content. If you are just being lazy and justifying it thats different.

I feel you there brother. I have two small kids and have to be up at 6 am and that puts me at like 4 or 5 hours a night if i play SM or games

thats a hard one, have you tried quitting threw psilocybin? it has a huge success rate and only 20% of people start smoking again
