The people listed on that paper authored the plan to use algorithms that automatically demotes comments that they deem qualifies as VH (or vaccine hesitancy). I'm not sure that this has anything to do with preventing a war? It seems more like its aim is to continue the vaccine-biological warfare that's presently getting waged against people worldwide. This comment, right here, is a prime example of what Fakebook would most likely demote for what I just said, even though I have boatloads of evidence that the vaccine is not safe.
