I honestly don't remember. This was back in 1979. My husband was a squadron commander and I got invited to a lot of tours. Guess age does that to you. Lol

I had the same thing happen when I lived at yokota air base. I had the opportunity to go to the imperial palace grounds. Unfortunately they were renavating the Emperor's Palace and I didn't get to see

Yes I mixmy compost with omri certified peat moss and ocean forest. I also add nutrients. It does get a bit pricey but we'll worth it.
