Hope your arm gets better soon. I screwed up my shoulder mid-last year and I'm still annoyed with myself for it. I was doing something dumb on some equipment at the gym and didn't realize how dumb it was

Well in the gym yeah the actual weightlifting part doesn’t add anything but the way I am im constantly moving. Putting weights back moving from one area to the next and to the next…etc. I think in my case
