I don't have many insightful thoughts today and have to catch a plane soon, so here's a play-by-play from the video: Pancakes and eggs! We had to use up the last of our eggs before the holiday, and it's

A funny thing happens when you have choices. There was an entire giant section of salsas in the grocery store, dozens of brands each with multiple flavors. I spent way too long trying to find the one that

The day went by so fast - not surprising considering it was the shortest day of the year! The previous night also felt like the longest night of the year, since we didn't get much sleep. I didn't start

Here’s the unique thing about my 2017: I never spent more than 3 months living in one place. But while my surroundings have changed throughout the year - from the wilds of Patagonia to a blue village in

One year is made of 365 days and let´s face it, most of those days are normal days. We wake up with our family, we go to work, we meet our friends, do some chores and then head back home to spend time

Headed into day 6 of this headache, I was willing to switch tactics in search of some relief. Fortunately, this hasn't been a debilitating headache - I'm able to get out of bed each day and haven't thrown

I've been carrying along a dream journal since freshman year of college. I'm not even sure how it happened - it's the only paper thing I have here apart from my passport, though my parents have some childhood
