Which version of Keychain are you using? I've had this issue as well in a previous version of Keychain before it got fixed. I'm using v3.11.0

The currently supported protocols are: Hive, Hive Engine and Splinterlands. I'm planning to add EVM soonish (Base, BSC, etc.). For Hive Engine only tokens are currently supported and they need to be defined
