Hey Raz, long time no chat. Welcome to Hive. I have heard the term Hivean but am not sure what the official term for a Hive community member is yet.

Vodka is also good to make hand sanitizer to protect against Corona! :)

Yeah I remember when it hit 10 and I decided to hold out for $30 lol, hindsight is 20/20.

Hey Tim, welcome to Hive. I hope you are staying safe in the wake of Corona. Looking forward to having you involved in our community once again.

What are you including me as a “rotten one” for? I’ve never gotten involved with your or your app, I believe in free and fair enterprise.

Hi, you just got a payment 3 hours ago for 14 leases

Just refunded the 1 Steem for I will alert our devs regarding the hivesigner link

Steemvoter and Ginabot are on the cards, working on them one by one.

Thanks for being a loyal Dlease customer! Yeah HBD payout should be possible, it would just involve exchanging the Hive for HBD on the internal market at payout time, there could however be slippage and

Dlease is built upon microservices technology and can be retooled to add any chain and even NFT and game asset leasing, it is just a matter of funding. Dlease will be on Hive very shortly.

Fly dragon fly! There will be a home for you wherever you want it.

Yip you aren't wrong but don't underestimate that there are many devs out there willing to work on Steem, Splinterlands and Steem Engine for example cannot easily retool for Hive.

I look forward to building an alliance with you and making Steem great and decentralised so that it also will be a chain to be proud of.

See you on the other side in the land of milk and honey free from the Pharo of Egypt! :)

I personally will be staying on Steem and helping out at Hive, it's the perfect opportunity to have abundance from both chains. I think the witnesses did the best they could under the circumstances, we
