That was a great answer, I was thinking how I could respond to @rootdraws but you have done very well in your reply.

Yes a prorate refund is provided.

Projects like curie also lease from dlease.io and claim that their trail followers can earn up to 20%, so you could lease from dlease at say 13% and then follow curie and make up to 20% in curation if

generally when you create a lease order it remains open on the market until someone fills it, if not filled in 5 days the funds are returned to you.

Thanks for using dlease.io, I filled some of those leases for you. Thanks for the great curation work you are doing!

If you start adding fiat pathways you then face regulation and KYC issues, which is why DLease doesn't have it.

Blocktrades is currently frozen due to the recent softfork, so account creation and delegation no longer works, neither does Steem/SBD exchanging. Dlease.io works for delegation.

Yeah it could run perpetually until such time as it loses enough on conversions to run out of funds. I guess some people may want it returned when the health of the peg is stable, but I think the peg will

How does he break the market exactly? Is fixing the peg and the debt ratio not more important than some guy buying the Hive that @hbdpotato is selling for HBD?

💪💪💪💪 Awesome, congrats but soon you will find yourself wanting more, the thirst is real!

Hi @darthknight, this is highly unfortunate and I hope this hasn't put you off Hive as a result of what has happened on Steem. I am still in the Steemdevs Slack and have created an urgent DM between David

Heya, about 14K Hive was cleared overnight, so there seems to be demand for it, HBD is still well below the peg and it may be better to power through and get rid of the surplus HBD to put us in a better

Hi, thanks for requesting a 125K lease order on dlease.io, I am the CEO of BuildTeam, parent owner of DLease, I just want to suggest making several smaller leases of between 5k and 10K max adding up to

Yeah agreed, Hive can become that hopefully.

It's not really possible to go away entirely, will likely just keep going down in marcap rank, many low ranked coins still have some small following, Steem likely will just become totally Asian in content.

Please join and contact me in DM, we always need people involved.

Don't bother with Steem right now, post your important stuff on Hive.

People still need to get their Steem powered down, I know Steem is a dumpster fire, but it needs to maintain price for a few weeks more so people can get their funds out without making too much of a loss.

Thanks @rockor, let's make Hive great together!

Fixed, can you refresh the site and try again.
